Our Lord and Savior & The Year of Change

My favorite actor has been one of several sources of inspiration to me in the year 2022. He transformed from an adult embryo into a fully formed man -- later in life. At 70, he's not only fit, but limber, lithe, and lean. If he can do it mid-late life, then so can I, was my thinking. I've lost 30 pounds. It's been a long time since I've had energy. I do now. Other contributing factors: Noom; Supernatural; Apple Fitness; a job that requires lots of movement; and a hankering for change.
